Are your products thoughtfully sourced and made in Canada?
Priority is on Canadian products whenever possible. All fudge, cookies, and popcorn are made in Canada, and most gift basket items are Canadian. For variety, a selection of European treats is also used. All products are proudly made and assembled in Ontario.
Are your gift baskets designed with non-perishable items to ensure safe delivery?
Yes. All gift baskets are prepared using non-perishable, shelf-stable products to ensure safe and reliable delivery anywhere in Canada. This helps protect your gift from temperature fluctuations, transit delays, and long-distance travel. Every basket is thoughtfully prepared to arrive in perfect condition.
Do you offer orders for future delivery?
We do! If you would like to order for future delivery, you can use the "Notes" box under the Billing and Shipping sections on the checkout page. As ground shipping is not guaranteed, choose overnight shipping for specific delivery dates. Please note that shipping is not available on weekends or holidays.
Can I make a change to my order?
If you need to change your order, contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to adjust your order before processing.
Do you ship internationally?
At this time, we deliver throughout Canada only.

Do you offer Next-Day Delivery?

Do you deliver to rural or remote Canadian addresses?
Rural and remote postal codes are not a problem. If FedEx cannot service an area, Canada Post will be used to ensure safe and reliable delivery. Delivery times may be slightly longer depending on the location.
Important Information: Hot Weather & Chocolate Items
Chocolate items may be substituted from approximately May 13th until September 30th, at our discretion, during hot weather. Full chocolate baskets are not available during these dates (e.g. Chocolatey Goodness, Chocolate Plus, etc.). Learn more about our hot weather chocolate policy.
