Wherever your loved one lives, we'll get your gift to them. We ship across Canada to urban, rural, and remote areas using FedEx or Canada Post, depending on the location. Delivery times may vary for remote regions, but every package is prepared with care to ensure it arrives safely.
Sending Gifts to the USA
We currently do not ship to the USA.
Processing Times
Orders are shipped Monday to Friday (business days only).
Gift Baskets, Cookie Bouquets, Candy Bouquets & Fudge
- Orders received by 11:30 a.m. EST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the same day.
- Orders received after 11:30 a.m. EST are processed and shipped the next business day.
Popcorn
- Orders placed by 11:30 a.m. EST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders placed after 11:30 a.m., on the weekend, or a holiday will be processed and shipped the day after the next business day.
Cookies
- Orders received by 8 p.m. EST Monday–Friday are processed and shipped the next business day.
- Orders received after 8 p.m. EST are processed and shipped the business day after next.
- Orders received on weekends or holidays by 8 p.m. will be processed and shipped the next business day.
Delivery on weekends or holidays is not available.
Same-day delivery is not available.
Important: Hot Weather & Chocolate Items
Chocolate items may be substituted from approximately May 13th until September 30th, at our discretion, during hot weather. Full chocolate baskets are not available during these dates (e.g. Chocolatey Goodness, Chocolate Plus, etc.). Learn more about our hot weather chocolate policy.
Rural & Remote Addresses
Some rural and remote addresses may incur an additional shipping surcharge beyond the standard rates shown below. This surcharge is determined by the carrier (FedEx or Canada Post) based on your specific delivery address and cannot always be calculated at checkout.
If your order requires an additional rural or remote surcharge, we will contact you before proceeding. You will never be charged extra without your knowledge and approval.
- Remote addresses and P.O. boxes are shipped via Canada Post, starting at $16.95.
Territories (Yukon, Northwest Territories & Nunavut)
We ship to Canada's territories via Canada Post. Please allow 7–14 business days for delivery.
- Yukon & Northwest Territories: $32.17
- Nunavut: $76.36
Territory shipping rates are flat rates via Canada Post and are calculated at checkout.
Please note: Due to the high cost of shipping to Canada's territories, we are unable to ship oversize gift baskets to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut. If you are located in a territory and would like to order an oversize basket, please contact us and we will do our best to assist you.
Peak-Season Shipping
The holiday season is our busiest time of year, and extra steps are taken to ensure your gifts arrive safely and on time. Orders placed by 12 p.m. EST are shipped the same business day, and every gift is packed securely to withstand winter travel conditions.
Carriers may experience higher volume or weather-related delays during November and December. We recommend ordering early for Christmas and other major holidays to ensure the best possible arrival window.
Holiday Shipping Guidelines (December Only)
- Ontario & Quebec: Order by December 21
- Western Canada (MB, SK, AB, BC): Order by December 17
- Atlantic Canada (NB, NS, PEI): Order by December 18 (NL: December 15)
- Northern & Remote Areas: Order by December 16
Note: These dates are guidelines. Weather and carrier delays can still occur, but ordering ahead gives your gifts the best chance of arriving on time.
Oversize Gift Baskets
The following gift baskets are considered oversize due to their size and weight: Cornucopia, Holiday Cornucopia, Executive Gift Basket, Ultimate Gourmet, Gift of Distinction, and Holiday Executive. These items require special handling and ship at the following rates:
- Oversize Ground Service (same transit times as standard ground by region) — $50.00
- Oversize Overnight Guaranteed — $125.00
- Canada Post (PO Boxes & Remote Addresses) — $55.00
Oversize baskets cannot be shipped to Yukon, Northwest Territories, or Nunavut due to carrier restrictions and high shipping costs. We apologize for any inconvenience.
Our Approach to Packaging & Shipping
To ensure every gift arrives in perfect condition, our baskets and specialty items are packaged according to their specific needs. Different products may require different boxes and protective materials, which can impact shipping costs. Even when shipping to the same address, combining items may require larger packaging and higher rates. For this reason, shipping is calculated by product type — allowing us to maintain safe, reliable, and transparent delivery.
