At Cherished Gift Baskets, we care about you, and we want to ensure you are completely happy with your gift purchase.
If, for any reason, you are not completely satisfied, please contact us immediately, so we can make it right.
If your gift arrives damaged, we’ll ensure it is replaced promptly. If there’s a delivery error on our part, a replacement or refund will be provided.
We stand behind every basket and are committed to ensuring every order meets your expectations.
Provided with every item is a complete list of products used in each basket, along with the measurements, a photo and the price so that you may see exactly what you are ordering.
Occasionally, there may be substitutions due to weather or product stock, but be assured that they will always be of equal or greater value than the items shown.
If a single gift basket order is cancelled after they have been built, it will be subject to a 25% restocking fee.
Multiple orders cancelled after they have been built are subject to a 50% restocking fee.
Due to the nature of balloon orders, balloons which have been inflated are non-cancelable and non-refundable.
Due to the perishable nature of cookies, fudge and popcorn, these items cannot be cancelled and are non-refundable. Please ensure that someone will be available to receive your gift on the delivery date. These products are perishable, and we want to ensure they are received fresh and delicious. We cannot be responsible for gifts that are damaged or spoiled due to any delivery issues.
If your gift basket is received damaged, it must be reported within 5 business days from the date of delivery. Every effort will be made to replace damaged items within this time. However, we cannot be responsible for damaged items not reported within this time frame.
Please keep all damaged merchandise and packaging, and take pictures as we or the carrier may request them.
Any product returned to Cherished Gift Baskets without prior authorization will not be refunded.
The shipping costs of unauthorized returns will not be refunded. Goods authorized for return by Cherished Gift Baskets must be in their original box and in good condition. No credits or replacements will be processed until the returned merchandise is received by us.
Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are charged by the courier for any packages returned, and this fee will be billed to you as soon as we are notified. We will contact you immediately with further delivery instructions. An additional delivery charge will apply. You will have 5 days after our contact to respond. If we do not receive a response from you within 5 days, your gift will be discarded.
If your order is cancelled after the credit card has been processed, it will be subject to a $5.00 cancellation fee. Any holiday baskets returned to us, due to our not being able to deliver them for any reason, are non-refundable. Due to their nature, all holiday baskets, unless damaged, are non-refundable.
We reserve the right to change, amend, update or cancel this policy at anytime without notice.
