Cherished Members Club — Membership Policy

At Cherished Gift Baskets, we want you to feel confident and informed about your membership. This policy outlines the terms of our Cherished Members Club membership.

Membership Options We offer the following membership options:

Annual Membership (One-Time Payment) - A single yearly payment of $49.00 CAD, which does not renew automatically. You will be notified before your membership expires if you wish to renew.

Annual Membership (Recurring) - A yearly payment of $49.00 CAD that renews automatically on your anniversary date each year.
Billing For recurring memberships, your membership fee will be charged to your payment method on file on your annual renewal date. You will receive an email confirmation each time a payment is processed.

Pricing - Cherished Gift Baskets reserves the right to update membership pricing at any time. Members will be notified of any price changes at least 30 days in advance via email before the new pricing takes effect.

Cancellation - Recurring memberships may be cancelled at any time by logging into your account at account.cherishedgiftbaskets.ca or by contacting us at support@cherishedgiftbaskets.ca. Cancellations take effect at the end of your current membership year. No partial refunds are issued for unused portions of the membership period.

Refunds - Membership fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable Canadian law.
