Products & Pricing
All prices listed on this website are in Canadian Dollars (CAD).

We make every effort to display product descriptions, images, colours, and details as accurately as possible. However, due to differences in monitors, packaging updates, and supplier availability, actual products may vary slightly from images shown.
Due to the handcrafted and seasonal nature of certain products, slight variations in packaging, colours, basket styles, ribbon, or product appearance may occur.
Orders & Payment
Once an order is placed and payment is successfully processed, you will receive an order confirmation email.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for any reason, including suspected fraud, product availability issues, pricing errors, or shipping limitations.
Accepted payment methods are displayed at checkout.
Alcohol Purchases & Delivery
Certain products sold by Cherished Gift Baskets may contain alcoholic beverages.
By purchasing an alcohol-containing gift basket, the customer confirms that both the purchaser and recipient are of legal drinking age in their province or territory of residence.
Alcohol-containing orders may require age verification and a signature upon delivery. Delivery carriers may refuse delivery if valid government-issued identification cannot be provided.
Cherished Gift Baskets is not responsible for failed delivery attempts, delays, returned shipments, or additional delivery charges resulting from the recipient being unavailable or unable to provide proof of legal age.
Alcohol products are available only where permitted by law and may not be shipped to certain regions or locations.
Substitutions
Substitutions may occasionally be necessary due to seasonal availability, supplier inventory, or packaging updates.
Cherished Gift Baskets reserves the right to substitute products, packaging, or decorative elements with items of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall style, theme, quality, and presentation of the gift.
We will always make reasonable efforts to preserve the appearance and value of the original gift selection.
Shipping & Delivery
Delivery estimates are provided as guidelines only and are not guaranteed unless specifically stated.
Once an order has been shipped and transferred to the carrier, responsibility for delivery delays, damages, or losses rests with the shipping carrier.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. We are not responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete addresses.
Remote or rural locations may experience longer delivery times.
Perishable & Food Items
Many of our gift baskets contain food and other perishable items.
Customers and recipients are responsible for ensuring packages are received promptly upon delivery. Cherished Gift Baskets is not responsible for spoilage, melting, weather-related damage, or product deterioration resulting from delayed retrieval, missed deliveries, or improper storage after delivery.
Recipients should inspect food products upon arrival and follow any storage instructions provided.
Customers are encouraged to review our Hot Weather Chocolate Policy before placing summer orders containing chocolate products.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of gift baskets, personalized products, food items, and perishable goods, certain items may not be eligible for return.

No Resale
Products purchased from Cherished Gift Baskets are intended for personal or corporate gifting use and may not be resold without written permission.
Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Cherished Gift Baskets shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our website, products, or services.
Our total liability for any claim relating to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
